Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Kyrzo — the apps for iOS, Android and Windows, the website kyrzo.com and the service at app.kyrzo.com. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Kyrzo for a business, you accept them on its behalf.
1. The service
Kyrzo is an AI assistant that operates a phone you pair with it (an Android phone with the Kyrzo app, or an iPhone through the Kyrzo desktop app) to carry out tasks you request, such as preparing and publishing posts or answering messages. Kyrzo can also connect to AI clients you choose (for example Claude or Codex).
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information.
- Keep your password and access tokens secret; you are responsible for activity in your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app.
3. Approvals and your responsibility for content
- Depending on the execution mode you choose, Kyrzo asks for your approval before it publishes, sends, deletes or pays. In autonomous mode it acts without asking — use it only if you accept that.
- AI can make mistakes. Review previews before approving. You are responsible for the content published or sent from your accounts and phones, including its accuracy and legality.
- You must have the right to use the phones, app accounts, images and other content you use with Kyrzo.
4. Third-party apps and services
Kyrzo works with apps and services it does not control (for example Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, ChatGPT, Gemini, Higgsfield, CapCut). Your use of them is governed by their own terms, which you are responsible for following. Kyrzo is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. Changes to their apps may temporarily affect what Kyrzo can do.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Kyrzo to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, deceive or harass people, infringe others’ rights, publish unlawful content, or interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability
We work to keep Kyrzo available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”, may change, and may be interrupted for maintenance or by factors outside our control. Tasks can fail, for example when a phone is offline or an app changes.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kyrzo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or for content you approved or allowed to be published in autonomous mode. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending
You can stop using Kyrzo and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. For important changes we will notify you in the app or by email; continuing to use Kyrzo means you accept the updated terms.
